Pallavi Bharadwaj is an Assistant Professor in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar. She completed her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, India and Postdoctoral research training from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Pallavi is very passionate about sustainability and strives towards engineering optimized solutions for global energy needs. Her research interests broadly include: Smart power electronics which spans design & development of switched mode power converters, with IoT sensing and AI based controllers; Photovoltaic power conversion including faults and shade-tolerant control; Transportation electrification with focus on fast EV chargers and battery lifetime extension; Green energy storage incorporation using data-driven modeling and multi-energy optimization.
